How Many Dudes? Full-Release Facts

This page separates current full-release facts from claims that apply only to the older browser build. It is a compact orientation reference, not a replacement for the official Dudex.

Current release versus legacy browser build

The official game page describes the Steam demo as the only official current demo. It labels the itch.io and GX.games browser versions as legacy pre-alpha builds and warns that much has changed. The itch.io page identifies its build as an out-of-date January 2026 version and directs players to Steam for the updated demo.

Therefore:

  • do not use legacy browser behavior as proof of a full-release build recommendation;
  • do not mix legacy screenshots or round limits into a July 2026 strategy page without a clear label;
  • verify Relic, Dude, enemy, and stat text in the current game or official Dudex;
  • treat any guide that says no official mobile release exists as stale after 30 July 2026.

What the official Dudex covers

The Dudex exposes current reference categories for Dude Families, Dude Types, Relics, Trinkets, Food, Consumables, Stats, Enemy Types, and Enemy Traits. Individual Dude entries can include base stats, ability text, Dude-specific Relics, and family Relics.

This fan guide links to that data instead of copying the full database. A future entity page should exist only if it adds firsthand results, comparisons, version notes, or other independently useful evidence.

Known unknowns

  • Current executable/build number across Steam, Android, and iOS was not independently recorded.
  • Balance differences between platforms were not tested.
  • A complete list of post-launch patches was not captured for this first repository build.
  • No claim about the strongest Dude, Relic, Trinket, family, or team has been verified.
